...To bring you this important announcement:

Hey folks! It pains me to say this, but I need to take a short, two week break from this comic. For those of you that don't know, I'm currently in the process of drawing three new Emily and the Strangers books for Dark Horse Comics. The timeline is pretty tight between now and the first of July, and I just don't have the extra time to spend on The Last Diplomat right now. Which kills me. I love doing this comic and making sure it goes up every week for you. But at the same time, it's my own, unpaid work, and as such my deadlines for professional projects have to come first if I want to keep paying rent(psssht, overrated, I know...).

So have this silly illustration instead, and if you have any fan art you'd like to send in, go for it! I'll post it here over the course of the next two weeks while I whittle away at my deadlines. We'll pick right back up where we left off two Tuesdays from now, I promise.
